Shipping takes place on Tuesdays. Cut-off time for shipping is at 11:00 every Tuesday. Orders will usually arrive, at latest, by Friday at the various shipping locations.
For collections from Dragontown, the orders will be ready for collection after 14H00 on the first working day after placement of order. A work week is Monday to Friday.
Please note that courier service costs have increased by 10%, staring 2 April 2026 due to higher courier, packaging, and labour expenses.
Our rates have remained unchanged since 2020, and this is our first adjustment.
